This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund of the sign-up fee associated with the Referral Agreement executed with Bristol Billing LLC. This Policy is effective for 45 days from the date of receival for the first lead (Standard Plan) & Policy is effective for 45 days from the date of receival for the first lead. (Premium Plan).
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances, subject to Bristol Billing LLC internal review process, including communication audits and lead verification:
1. Failure to Provide Quality Leads
- Condition: No leads delivered after 3 weeks days of Onboarding.
- Action Required: Agent/broker must send a formal reminder
- If No Leads Are Delivered Within 30 Days After Reminder:
- Full Refund eligible
2. Lead Exclusivity Issues
- Condition: Leads are shared with other agents in Bristol Billing LLC network
- Reporting Timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving the lead, with proof
- If Confirmed & Unresolved in 45 Days(After receiving the leads):
- Half Refund eligible if some exclusive leads were still provided
- Full Refund eligible if all leads were shared.
3. Already in Contract Prospects
- Lead was already under contract with the agent at the time of assignment
- Reporting Timeframe: Within 48 hours, with evidence
- If Verified:
- Half Refund eligible if at least some usable leads were provided
- Full Refund eligible if majority of leads are pre-contracted
4. Leads Outside Preferred Location
Leads delivered outside preferred areas will qualify for refund or replacement, as they are counted toward monthly lead quota.
- Not eligible if some leads might be from outside your areas
- Full Refund eligible if majority of leads are not from the selected areas.
Eligibily for Lead Replacement or Denial of the lead
- If a lead upon contact is not looking to buy or sell.
- If a lead is not exclusive or already under contract with any other agent/broker.
- If a lead is not responding your calls/texts despite multiple attempts.
- If a lead is not within your designated territory. (30-50 miles) according to choice of agent
- If a lead is already your existing client.
Refund Scenario’s
1. Scenario: If Bristol Billing LLC fails to provide the leads as specified, the agent/broker must send a reminder to Bristol Billing LLC requesting the leads. If Bristol Billing LLC does not deliver the leads within one month of the reminder, the agent/broker may submit a claim for a refund.
2. Scenario: In cases where issues such as non-exclusivity, lead reluctance, pre-existing contracts, or leads outside the preferred location arise, the agent/broker must promptly report the issue to Bristol Billing LLC, including supporting evidence, and request a replacement of the leads. If Bristol Billing LLC does not provide a replacement within one month of the report, the agent/broker may then submit a claim for a refund of the sign-up fee.
Refund Procedure
If you wish to request a refund, please be aware of the following procedures:
- Request Submission: Submit your refund request to our customer support team at info@aliceblue-curlew-107198.hostingersite.com.
- Cancellation Form: The Team will send a Cancellation form. Once that is filled we will start the process for the refund.
- Processing Time: Once your refund request is received and verified, it will be processed within 30 to 60 days. Please allow this timeframe for the completion of your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction and will be deposited directly into your bank account.
- Confirmation: To keep you informed, we will send email confirmations, including screenshots of the processed transaction, to your registered email address at info@aliceblue-curlew-107198.hostingersite.com.
Timely Reporting
The agent/broker must report any concerns related to lead replacement to Bristol Billing LLC within 48 hours of accepting the referral. Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the leads being considered satisfactory and ineligible for replacement or refund.
This Policy is effective as of the date mentioned above and supersedes all previous versions. By accepting the Referral Agreement with Bristol Billing LLC, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
